I was very happy with the hotel venue and its friendly customer service that it provided me on the two days I booked to stay. The staff were super friendly on arrival. My room was ready earlier before the actialy check in time, it was also very clean & tidy. A quick good story.. I ran into the head of maintenance and introduced myself on my 2nd day as he was doing his rounds on jobs around the hoetel venue. I managed to mention to Ricki that the cabinet to my fridge was loose. He said he would have a look at it I did say its not a big issue but I wanted to look after the room interior and not have it break. I went out to work that day as I returned he had left me a kind note to say he had fixed the bar cabinetry. He had gone out of his way and done a great job so thankyou Ricki. The front desk staff & managers on duty were very professional.i will definitely be staying here for future work trips in the near future.

As many bad reviews as I was reading, personally i really enjoyed my time I was impressed by the overall ambiance, modern, yet cozy. The location is fantastic, it’s right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. It’s ideal for exploring! The room was reasonably clean, which made me feel at ease immediately. The bathroom was especially impressive—spacious, well-lit, and stocked with toiletries and efficient towels. Everything looked new, and it was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on—soft but supportive, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. I got an excellent night’s sleep, which is key when traveling! The view from the room was a lovely bonus, with just enough of the city skyline to enjoy without being overwhelming. I woke up every morning looking forward to the view from the window. The staff were extremely helpful with any concerns or queries! they were all nice and engaged in conversation. Housekeeping came every morning and tidied the room spotlessly.. Personally I was really impressed with this stay regardless of most negative reviews i read..

Big comfortable room, clean, amazing location! Bed was super comfy and the pillows too! Good heater, it was pretty cold in Perth when we stayed. Everything works well.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate my last minute request for a king bed rather than two singles (my friend couldn't make it) and even upgraded me to a nicer room. Great location and handy for everything. Loved that there was a pod coffee machine.

We used to live in Perth for 7 years. This trip is to catch up with friends and family, and Rydges Perth makes it easier for us to commute between shopping and visiting friends.

Excellent location to CBD, train station, shops, and ferry. Staff were fabulous and friendly and created a warm and welcoming experience. The room with the comfy bed provided a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Price was good for what was offered.

Very friendly and courteous staff at reception and room attendants. Room was a good size, verry clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding of a good quality. Furnishing in good order. Bar fridge well stocked.

Room was well equipped and clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Loved the couch in the room and the large TV. Well positioned hotel close to the shops and RAC Arena. Will be back again!

Great location, friendly staff and a very quiet hotel. Everything feels very new, the bed is extremely comfortable, and we only heard minor street noise when a large vehicle/truck was parked outside. We enjoyed being within walking distance to our destinations, and parking the car at Raine Square was easy, as was validating the ticket the next morning.

Location central to most things. About a 500 metre walk to railway station but easily manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room. Well appointed bathroom.
